Work on your Vehicle Right at Home

Whether you want to park an extra vehicle in the garage or just find it a little cramped for working, lack of space is one of the most common complaints for most car enthusiasts. Most hobbyists (and even professionals) would love to have an at-home setup that allows them to work on their car more easily.

Constantly getting down on a car roller to access the undercarriage of a vehicle is hard on your back, and the lack of light can be hard on your eyes. But what if there was a way to enjoy your hobby more while also making it easier on your body? We’ve got good news; you don’t need access to a commercial service shop to make working on your vehicles easier and more enjoyable. You can create the ideal setup to work on your vehicle’s right from home.

Why Choose a Single Post Car Lift?

Whether it’s capacity, size, or cost, sometimes you’ll need something with a lower profile than a four-post lift. Single post car lifts are highly space-efficient, so you can store an extra vehicle in the garage or just get one out of the way when you’re not working on it. Like all car lifts, single post lifts allow you to move the vehicle up and down as you like, so you can work on various parts at a comfortable height. Not only is this better for your back, the additional light provided by lifting the car makes it easier to see, meaning you can work faster and more confidently on your vehicle as you perform wheel service or other tasks.

With over 400 lifts in stock at all times, we’re ready to ship at a moment’s notice — and we always have the right lift for your specific needs. Our team is here with a welcoming personal touch, from the first communication to pos-purchase support.

Advantages of using Single Post Portable Car Lift

Portable vehicle lifting pads are ideal for customizing and maintaining your garage space. Portable lift options offer a minimal footprint, allowing you to set up the lift in the absolute ideal location. One major advantage of a portable vehicle lift is that you can take it outside to work on a vehicle if you’d like to take advantage of a sunny day, lend it to a neighbor, or transport it to another location entirely.

How A Single Post Car Lift Works

Unlike a permanently mounted ground lift or a mid-rise lift such as a scissor lift, a portable single post lift allows you to maximize your bay space. All you need to accommodate these types of lifts is a garage door, a level concrete surface, and enough headroom in your garage. Although our service lifts are portable, our parking lifts need to be secured to the floor.

Which Single-Post Lift Is Best for You?

When you are looking to buy a lift, it is important to consider more than just the lift’s lifting capacity. You’ll want to think about your main needs, whether that’s storage or maintenance of your vehicle. The Lift SuperStore offers lifts that are reliable and versatile, in addition to having impressive lifting capacities. Each of our lifts comes in a variety of widths and heights, so you can find the perfect one for your needs.

Do I need a special floor or foundation to support my new lift?

Almost all residential and commercial foundations can support our lifts. However, it is important to follow the specifications for concrete. Failure to do so might cause the lift to fail and result in personal injury or death.

A level floor is suggested for proper installation and level lifting. With proper shimming, small differences in floor slopes may be compensated for. Our service lifts do not need a special floor or foundation to support the new lift, but our parking lifts do need at least 6 inches of concrete in order to be properly installed.

Can the lift be directly shipped to my residence and is offloading provided?

We can provide shipping to your business, residence, or local terminal. The cost may vary depending on your location and accessibility. We can have the trucking company provide offloading at an additional charge. Most people prefer to contract a local tow truck with a roll-back or tilt-and-load style flatbed. This is usually quicker and less costly. Trucking companies charge for wait times when offloading takes longer than the allotted time. You should make preparations beforehand to help avoid such charges.

What is the warranty on my lift?

Most of our lifts have the following warranty from the date of purchase:

  • A two-year warranty on all mechanical components, including the CSA/UL-listed pump and motor assembly.
  • A five-year warranty on all structural components.
  • A lifetime parts warranty on the cylinder assembly.

It is important to note that the warranties offered may vary by product. Please check your manual or with your local sales representative for the warranty specific to the product that you purchased.
